Extra 30p charge per Kg, once order exceeds 10kg
Orders placed will be delivered in the next working day (excluding weekends)
You can enter delivery instructions when placing your order e.g. "leave with neighbour". FoodbyCpC are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen if specific delivery instructions are left for the carrier
If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery
We will notify you as soon as your parcels leave our facility and also provide and estimate time of arrival on the day of delivery
If for any reason you will not be available to receive your order on a specified date, kindly call our customer care line to arrange a suitable delivery date between Monday – Friday. We will notify you via email or text message to advise a new delivery date if we are unable to deliver to you on the specified date due circumstances beyond our control.
All deliveries must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 or over.
There is no refund for any parcel delivered within 48Hours of shipping. In these circumstances, if the driver return to deliver the goods, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time.
